Participants board the Bainbridge Island ferry for the Chilly Hilly bike ride sponsored by the Cascade Bicycle Club in Seattle Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013. Around 4,200 cyclists- from kids to seniors- rode the 33-mile route, which serves as the club's opening event of the season. M.J. Kelly, Cascade Bicycle Club communications director, said the Chilly Hilly often is a check-in for bike-enthusiasts to assess their fitness level and start preparing for events later in the summer. "It's really a good time," Kelly said. "Most people are really happy to be out here."
