The Seattle Police Department confiscated this single-use military launcher in in exchange for Amazon gift cards at the gun buy back event in Downtown Seattle, Saturday January 26, 2013. "It's empty, but we don't know if it's functional," said one of the officers. "You could beat someone with it," he laughed. They intend to investigate it further and if they can, return it to the owner.
