Inslee sworn in as 23rd Governor of Washington

Incoming Gov. Jay Inslee gives his wife Trudi a kiss during the inaugural ball Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the Capitol in Olympia, Wash. The former Democratic congressman was sworn in as Washington state's 23rd governor earlier in the morning. About 3,000 were anticipated to attend the ball.
