Sound Transit service reps in bright green coats were on the Seattle platform to alert riders no northbound trains would arrive on these tracks, sending riders to the bridge, top, to 4th Avenue South where they could catch buses for the ride north. This means two more days of no commuter trains from Seattle to Everett.
