David Bowen, headless horseman, and Si Seciwa prepare to play in the annual WhirlyBall League Halloween tournament in Edmonds, Wash. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012. The costumed tournament is a tradition of about 15 years. Jimmy Gabriele, league manager, says the Edmonds location is the longest-running WhirlyBall facility still in operation in the nation, and the idea for bumper-like cars was originally created for Disneyland.
