"Voices of the Village" is an ensemble of people with disabilities and other life challenges led by musician Jon Dalgarn through a non-profit organization located in Arlington. They gather weekly to play music and dance and regularly perform for the community. Thomas McClure plays air guitar as he fronts the band during a performance.
