Henry Hemp inhaled and exhaled at Hempfest Saturday saying he has a medical marijuana card and is an advocate for legalization. He wears a homemade foam leaf on his head and acknowledges a passerby who shouted out to the man in green. Magic J. Ellingson is his real and and Los Angeles is his home town. It was the 21st-annual gathering on the Seattle waterfront billed as the "World's Largest Profestival" to legalize, regulate and educate about marijuana and hemp products.
