Mr. Giraffe keeps watch as the mural on North 57th Street in an underpass below Phinney Avenue North by the Woodland Park Zoo is removed after years of decay and graffiti attacks. Purcell Painting is contracted by SDOT to do the work. The mural went up in 1994.
