Eric Wahl, program coordinator for marketing for the University of Washington Surplus Store, is seated among the scores of bargain-priced office chairs in various states of wear. Wahl has gained a following because of his idiosyncratic, humorous descriptions of desks, chairs and computer parts listed on its website.The store is open to the public every Tuesday from noon until 6 p.m.
