Ice fishing on Fish Lake near Leavenworth draws a small but dedicated group in pursuit of a 25 fish limit of chunky perch. There are trout too.Trout are the target at the Northwest Ice Fishing Festival, Feb. 18 on Sidley and Molson Lakes east of Oroville and just south of the Canadian border.
