Rowan Harrison, 8, takes his newly purchased minibike for a spin Sunday at the Cascade Bicycle Club's 17th annual Seattle Bike Swap at Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. Rowan's father, Rob, said his son chipped in his weekly allowance of $5 to purchase the "Razor Punk 360" minibike for $15. They're from Seattle.
