David Barden, of Seattle, works on the newly restored, electric powered Poulsbo boat, "Terry Pettus," during the 35th Lake Union Wooden Boat Festival on Saturday, July 2, 2011. The 60-year-old "Terry Pettus" was one of the last boats of her type built by noted Pouslbo boat builder Ronald Young. Restoration was made possible by a $7,000 gift and volunteer service of the Lake Union Rotary Club. The boat will be used for environmentally friendly cleanup efforts on Lake Union, and to give free public rides at CWB. The newly restored Terry Pettus will be on display all weekend at the festival.
