Seattle artist Ginny Ruffner delights in the assembling of her 27-foot-tall, almost five-ton sculpture, "Urban Garden," as it takes shape Saturday at the corner of Seventh Avenue and Union Street. Her first moving structure was an all-day effort to lift and bolt the steel pieces together.
