Flooding Throughout the Pacific Northwest

Fife Police Department Det. Jeff Rackle was one of many officers who went door to door Wedneday, Jan. 7, 2009, in the Saddle Creek development in Fife, Wash. City officials recommended their citizens evacuate the neighborhood after the levee which holds back the Puyallup River along North Levee Road failed.
