Marijuana growers in Yakima County are growing and hiding their plants under grape vine canopies. Yakima County law enforcement confiscated 52,000 marijuana plants in 2007 and since July 2008, the L.E.A.D., Law Enforcement Against Drugs, Taskforce has confiscated more than 150,000 plants. Most of the plants have come from raids on vineyards.
