Orion Swift of Edmonds comes in for a to-go order of Sweet Potato Fries with Ranch while dressed as a cowboy on Halloween at Beth's Cafe. Swift was with his girlfriend, dressed as a cowgirl, next door at Duck Island Ale House and was bringing food back.
