Vivian Winston road in the annual Umoja Fest parade in her dad Sam's 1957 Chevy Bel Air convertble as it heads south on 23rd Avenue to Judkins Park Saturday. The parade and park events celebrate African American heritage. With a cloudless sky, Saturday was expected to be the hottest day of the year with a high of 86-degrees. Umoja Fest continues Sunday at Judkins Park.
