Crumble & Flake: Serving up pastry perfection

Having worked in the restaurant business for a number of years, including a stint as Canlis Restaurant's first pastry chef, Neil Robertson recently opened his first bakery Crumble & Flake Patisserie on Capitol Hill. "My goal is to make the best possible pastry and share it with people. That's the one and only goal," Robertson said.
