Winner or this year's World Barista Championship held in Seattle, Troels Overdal Poulsen of Denmark prepares his "signature" espresso drink for the judges. Each of the 6 competitors in the finals had 15 minutes to prepare three coffee drinks — a cappucino, an espresso and the "signature" drink of their own creation. Competitors from 39 nations had battled it out to be the world champion.
