Jack Levy has owned Three Girls Bakery since 1979. Started in 1912, it is the longest continually operating business at the Pike Place Market, and the store is celebrating its Centennial this year. Levy estimates they tiny corner bakery offers about 50 kinds of bread and over 50 varieties of pastries and cookies.
