Photographer:

Sue Sposare, Kent

Photo taken: July 4

Photographer's description:

"I found this beautiful dragonfly hanging from my flower baskets in my yard. Taken with a Canon Rebel EOS T3i."

Expert says:

"This photograph of the dragonfly is sharp, colorful and you can see the whole body and the beauty of its wide wings. To add more life and movement, you can use a slower shutter speed, a tripod if needed, and you can freeze the body of the dragonfly and have the wings in movement. Well done."
