1 1 mile, purse $5,300, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, claiming $2,500
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
2Parker's Pearl R Richard7-2123
5Crush On You D Lopez9-5117
1Hey Lil Missy G Mitchell5-2117
3Agirlsgottalive E Kubinova4-1120
4One Smart Girl L Camacho-Flores8-1123
6Parkers Gibsongirl A Sanguinetti15-1120

Parker’s Pearl fell back too far after a bad start in her last race. She gets a jockey change and can improve in a very competitive race. Crush On You was second in that race as the favorite, unable to fend off Hey Lil Missy.

2 6 furlongs, purse $5,700, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, claiming $3,500
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
4Wedge of Gold G Mitchell3-1123
3Come On Cozzene R Bowen8-5123
1Stolen Forum R Richard4-1123
2Premo Jewel L Camacho-Flores6-1123
5Jordans Jem J Matias9-2123
6Be There for Me J Zunino8-1123

Wedge of Gold almost always runs hard, and it seems like she is ready for her best race. Come On Cozzene and Stolen Forum have each won two straight races.

3 61/2 furlongs, purse $6,200, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $3,500
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
1Whiskey Prince L Mawing7-2124
2Buds a Flyin L Camacho-Flores6-1124
4Marvin's Magic J Gutierrez8-5124

SCRSouthfork Pegasus Scratched--
3Colton's First A Sanguinetti3-1118
5Lean Cozzene R Bowen8-1124
6Windshadows M Cardoso15-1124

Another good race where many are in great form. Whiskey Prince returns to the distance in which he is 3 for 3, and he has won both times Leslie Mawing has ridden him. Buds a Flyin hasn’t had a great season, but he has 11 lifetime wins at Emerald. Marvin’s Magic has won three straight races.

4 6 furlongs, purse $11,650, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $12,500/$10,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
1Carving D Lopez2-1120
5He's a Cruiser L Mawing5-2124
4Spot of Salt E Kubinova3-1120
2Northern Poptart R Richard7-2120
3Parkers Bluff G Mitchell8-1124
6Financial Officer J Whitaker12-1120

Carving plunges in class. Early last year, he was considered the best 3-year-old at the track before tough times set in. He’s a Cruiser won five straight races earlier in the meet. Then, after two poor races, he hasn’t raced in six weeks. Maybe he will return refreshed. Spot of Salt was a close third as the favorite in a similar race last month.

5 1 mile, purse $10,300, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $12,500/$10,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
6Tale Spinner D Lopez4-1124
3Bluegrass Fox Trot L Mawing5-2118
8Tros G Mitchell8-1120
1Skip My Turn E Kubinova15-1118
2Open a Tap J Gutierrez6-1114
4Soul Intent J Matias12-1124
5Del Siete Leguas R Bowen3-1120
7So Legit R Richard8-1120
SCRIonize Scratched--

Tale Spinner drops in class to the level he won easily at two races ago. Bluegrass Fox Trot has been an easy winner the previous two times Mawing rode him. Tros is a hard-trying horse who has been in the money in five of eight starts.

6 6 furlongs, purse $10,500, 3-year-old, claiming $10,000/$8,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
2Kahului Bluff R Richard3-1122
8Charlie's Gold L Camacho-Flores7-2122
3Mister Breeze R Bowen9-2122
SCRIts Guiness Time Scratched--
1He's Zuberrific G Mitchell6-1122
4Sthenios J Gutierrez5-1118
5Tribal Mystic D Lopez12-1119
6Freedomofthehills J Zunino8-1118
7Harbor Design J Rosales10-1122

Kahului Bluff should get a nice stalking trip behind what should be a very fast pace. Charlie’s Gold drops in class after running a dud as the 3-2 favorite. Mister Breeze drops in class.

7 5 furlongs, purse $5,500, 3-year-olds and up, maiden claiming $5,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
4One Cheezy Dude G Mitchell8-5118
2Touch of Danzig J Rosales9-2118
3Hearts Harbor D Lopez3-1118
1Robins a Flying J Zunino8-1118
5Plan A L Camacho-Flores15-1118
6Great Call Mike L Gonzalez10-1124
7Shadow Code R Bowen5-1118

One Cheezy Dude has been second in three straight races, and this field might be the easiest he has faced. Touch of Danzig has had some gaps in his training, but some of his workouts for his career debut have been good. Heart’s Harbor can get into the trifecta.

Best bet: One Cheezy Dude.
