Sunday

First race: 2 p.m.

1 6 furlongs, purse $5,500, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, maiden claiming $5,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
5Featherlite R Bowen8/5117
1Angel of Harlan J Rosales7/2123
3Benatar F Valdez5/2123
2Indagreenandbeyond R Richard4117
4Papa's Grandkids D Lopez8117

SCRATCHED: Country Grind.

Featherlite was second of 10 in her career debut. Angel of Harlan was second in a similar race last month. Benatar has been off since September.

2 1 mile, purse $10,300, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, claiming $12,500/$10,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
3Lasting Rose L Mawing8/5119
2Cheese J Gutierrez5/2119
5Lumen Took It R Bowen3119
1Inquiry Miss I Enriquez4119
4Merry Sherry J Zunino8120

Lasting Rose gets a jockey switch to track leader Leslie Mawing, and that could make the difference after failing as the 1-2 favorite in her last race. Cheese and Lumen Took It each finished ahead of the top pick in that race.

3 6 furlongs, purse $12,700, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $15,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
2Belt R Bowen3124
5Edge Forward L Mawing5/2124
1Posse Power I Enriquez9/5120
3Hard Slider J Gutierrez7/2120
4Parkers Bluff G Mitchell6120

Belt drops in class and should move forward after finishing third against a tough group. Edge Forward did not like the sloppy track in his last race, but should rebound. Posse Power is usually in the money.

4 6 furlongs, purse $14,375, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $25,000/$22,500
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
2Prayer for Da Bric I Enriquez5/2124
4More Strawberries F Valdez3124
5Zoomzoomania G Mitchell2118
1J C's My Brother L Mawing5120
3Kahului Bluff R Richard9/2118

Prayer for Da Bric might not have liked the sloppy track in his last race, and if you can excuse that effort he looks pretty good. More Strawberries found himself in a very tough field in his first race against winners and was predictably well-beaten. This group is not nearly as good. Zoomzoomania races against winners for the first time but is not overmatched.

5 61/2 furlongs, purse $5,300, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $2,500
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
3Whiskey Prince L Mawing3124
2Big Black Cat J Whitaker5/2121
7Expenses Paid D Lopez7/2124
1Epic Electorate R Richard4121
4State Capital E Kubinova10121
5White River Pirate J Rosales10121
6Cat Mon Blue J Zunino6121

Whiskey Prince was an easy gate-to-wire winner at this distance and level three races ago and faces a field without a lot of early speed to contend with. Big Black Cat and Expenses Paid are usually in the money.

6 61/2 furlongs, purse $14,800, 3-year-old, fillies, claiming $20,000/$18,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
5Sometimes a Lady I Enriquez5/2117
3Lexie Arleen J Gutierrez9/2121
2Tsarina Haven L Mawing7/2117
1See My Tail Lites E Kubinova5117
4Just a Love R Bowen2117
6Simba's Sis J Matias12117

SCRATCHED: Point Da Harbor, Da Burn.

Sometimes a Lady takes a big jump up in class but she looks like she might be able to handle it after two impressive wins. Lexie Arleen has never been worse than fourth in 10 career starts. Tsarina Haven is in great form.

7 6 furlongs, purse $18,900, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, AOC $25,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
5Spot On Babe L Mawing9/5123
2Clemens Brook J Whitaker3123
4Curly Girly R Bowen2123
1Ms. Sutherland J Zunino12123
3Charismata E Kubinova5112
6Beautranda F Valdez10118

Spot On Babe has won three straight, and even overcame a poor start in her last race. Clemens Brook has six wins and four seconds in her past 11 starts but was unable to beat the top pick the last two times they met. Curly Girly has been in good form in Northern California.

8 61/2 furlongs, purse $18,900, 3-year-old, AOC $40,000
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
1Mebossman D Lopez5/2122
3Kenai King R Bowen6122
7Cantcatchme L Mawing3122
2Smart Copy I Enriquez9/2118
4My Chief L Zacherle5122
5Orito R Richard7/2122
6He's Zuberrific G Mitchell12122

Mebossman should take a step forward as he takes a break from stakes competition. Kenai King will be rallying late. Cantcatchme has not finished worse than second in four career starts.

9 1 mile, purse $50,000, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, Boeing Handicap
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
1Stopshoppingdebbie R Bowen2/5123
3Goin to the Window J Gutierrez5118
2Blueberry Smoothie J Matias6117
4Madame Pele L Mawing9/2116

Stopshoppingdebbie looks to make it a remarkable 8 for 8 to begin her career, but her stablemates, Goin to the Window and Blueberry Smoothie, will make her work hard to remain undefeated.

10 61/2 furlongs, purse $6,200, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, claiming $3,500
PPHorseJockeyLineWt.
3Wedge of Gold G Mitchell5123
2Sun City I Enriquez9/2123
6Grand Baylee L Mawing2123
1Seattle Game R Bowen8/5123
4Premo Jewel L Camacho-Flores5123
5Cheese Danish J Matias15120

Wedge of Gold had issues at the starting gate in her last race. She could rebound at what should be a good price. Sun City has won seven of her 14 starts at this distance. Grand Baylee also has a good chance in a very competitive race.

BEST BET: Whiskey Prince.
