ST. PAUL, Minn. — A lot of shots but little to show for it.

That sums up the Washington Stealth's 12-5 loss to the Minnesota Swarm in a National Lacrosse League game on Saturday.

It was a season-low in goals scored for the Stealth, which fell to 7-5.

The Stealth, based in Everett, outshot Minnesota 38-36 through three quarters, yet trailed 7-2.

The Swarm controlled the action in an offensive fourth quarter and ended up outshooting the Stealth 60-54.

Washington took a 1-0 lead at the 6:34 mark of the first quarter on a goal from Dean Hill, but Minnesota came back to take a 2-1 lead by the end of the first quarter.

The Stealth tied the score at 2 on a Mike Grimes goal early in the second quarter, but it was all Minnesota (4-7) after that.

Rhys Duch had a pair of goals for the Stealth in the fourth quarter.
