First three horses listed in each

race in order of predicted finish.

June 22

First race: 6:15 p.m.

1 1 mile, purse $4,500, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, claiming $2,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
6 Mariah's Juke Box Antongeorgi 2 120
4 Miss Madavor R Bowen 3 123
1 Dont Be Buging Me E Kubinova 5-2 115
2 Collaborated J Whitaker 6 120
3 Oneparticulrharbor D Hoonan 9-2 120
5 Miss Seamless C Doll 15 120
Mariah's Juke Box drops into a winning spot, although the outside post will make her job more difficult. Miss Madavor, who drops in class, has run just five times on real dirt in 32 career starts. Her only win on the dirt came at this distance (along with two second-place finishes). Don't Be Bugging Me has been in the money in eight of nine tries at this distance (three wins, three seconds and two thirds). She also has a shot to win in an even race.
2 6 ½ furlongs, purse $6,400, 3-year-old, maiden claiming $7,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
3 Bear Creek Road Antongeorgi 8-5 122
6 Kick the Vet L Mawing 9-2 122
1 Perusethenews J Gutierrez 6 122
2 Asummerprospect G Mitchell 10 122
4 Laachem M Anderson 15 122
5 Tenatious Spirit Camacho-Flrs 10 122
7 Kid Cabin J Whitaker 5 122
8 Silver Road J Matias 8 122
Bear Creek Road was beaten by less than a length in his last race (while finishing fourth) and the third-place finisher from that race, Regal Valid, came back to win last Sunday. Kick the Vet had a poor start in his last race and could rebound. Perusethenews has lost as an odds-on favorite in two straight races and gets his fourth different jockey in his last four races.
3 6 furlongs, purse $5,100, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, maiden claiming $5,000
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
4 Dance Sarah Dance E Kubinova 5-2 112
9 Miss Magnability Antongeorgi 9-5 117
1 Cascade Park L Mawing 7-2 123
2 Laser Dance R Bowen 15 123
3 Premier Cat D Hoonan 15 123
5 Chelsea J. M Anderson 10 123
6 Underfunded Fun Camacho-Flrs 20 117
7 Windy and Gold C Doll 20 123
8 Mendel's Law J Zunino 15 123
Dance Sarah Dance showed some ability in her first two career races, but has followed with two clunkers while being well bet. If she comes close to what she did in her first two races, she can beat what looks to be the weakest field of the year at Emerald. Miss Magnability was a well-beaten second as the odds-on favorite in her last race. It's hard to imagine any of the others winning. Cascade Park is a 7-year-old who hasn't won in 29 starts. She has finished third nine times.
4 6 furlongs, purse $5,400, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $4,000
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
2 Rockmystar Antongeorgi 8-5 124
8 My T Truck L Mawing 2 121
1 Hillbilly Cadillac Camacho-Flrs 8 121
3 Deadwood Sage R Bowen 15 118
4 Gotta Get Even M Anderson 6 121
5 Curvitude J Whitaker 8 121
6 Caty Wampus J Zunino 8 124
7 Sharper Knight E Kubinova 15 110
Rockmystar takes a big drop in class after not doing much in two races against $12,500 claimers. My T Truck was a solid second at this level in his last race while being the odds-on favorite. Hillbilly Cadillac drops in class and has speed figures that should make him competitive against this group.
5 1 mile, purse $7,400, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $7,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
3 Snow On the River L Mawing 7-2 120
5 Tobiah's Journey R Bowen 4 122
6 Chicks Dig Him E Kubinova 3 117
1 He's Tickled D Hoonan 15 120
2 Maltese Pins Camacho-Flrs 6 118
4 Play for Double M Anderson 9-2 120
7 Guzzlingin Antongeorgi 5 122
8 Swiss Lightning J Zunino 12 124
Snow On the River nearly held on after uncharacteristically taking an early lead because the pace was so slow. There is more speed in this race, so expect him to get a nice stalking position tonight in an even race. Tobiah's Journey edged the top pick for second in his last race, and he has been in the money in all six of his starts at this distance. Chicks Dig Him was the victim of a slow pace last time. This race sets up better for his late kick.
6 6 furlongs, purse $12,100, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $15,000/$12,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
4 Davos R Bowen 7-2 120
6 Ugottabcatty G Mitchell 9-2 120
3 Goggles McCoy L Mawing 5-2 120
1 Vegas Flyer E Kubinova 15 115
2 Rezar J Matias 6 120
5 Untilifindyou J Zunino 6 117
7 Malibu Rum D Hoonan 3 120
Davos takes a severe drop in class. The 7-year-old is not the horse he once was, but it's not like he's facing the best horses on the grounds, as he had been the past few years. Ugottabcatty doesn't win often, but is usually in the money (16 times in 22 starts). Goggles McCoy was competitive in California stakes the past two years, but has done nothing since being claimed for $25,000 earlier in the year. Maybe he rebounds with the big drop in class.
7 6 furlongs, purse $7,100, 3-year-old, claiming $7,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
7 Le Samouri J Gutierrez 3 122
3 Kinzie's King Camacho-Flrs 9-5 122
2 Expenses Paid E Kubinova 8 117
1 Showboat Gambler Antongeorgi 5 122
4 Ace the Bluff R Bowen 6 122
5 Coco's Honor L Mawing 9-2 122
6 Mo'em Down T Stillwell 12 122
Le Samouri lost by a head at a mile as the 7-10 favorite in his last race. He's an improving horse. Kinzie's King broke his maiden in his last race, and this race isn't much tougher as it's for horses that have never won twice. Expenses Paid fits well at this level.

Best bet: Bear Creek Road
