SCRATCHED: Tactician
Game Emperor takes a big drop in class, and looks the best for a barn that is due to heat up. Givajunior Mint looked like he had a shot at winning before being steadied in his last race. Seventeenmiledrive has a win and a second in his past two races, but doesn't get much respect from bettors.

Kamilche Road was second in her last race and was 1 ¼ lengths in front of Champagneandcaviar, who won last week.
Tizzy the Cop was well bet at a higher level in her last race, but she faces older horses this time.
Chromatose was fourth after a long layoff despite a troubled trip.

Unique Reflection ran a solid second in her last race and looks the best, assuming a couple of her opponents coming off long layoffs need a race. A Courting Venture was awful going a mile in her last race, but this distance suits her much better. Topped the Polls has thrown her jockey off in two of three career starts and hasn't raced since October. But she did beat much better in the one race she finished with the rider still aboard.

Justanother Bob has burned a lot of money and lost his last race as the even-money favorite, but a few of these are racing against winners for the first time.
Disco D gets a nice inside post for this distance and looked good breaking his maiden at this distance in his last race.
J.T. Rocks isn't overmatched against this weak group.

Olympic Lights has had great success here, drops in class and finds a race where there is a lot of early speed, which should set up well for his closing kick. Silver Sneakers also drops in class and is very competitive at this level. Hard Slider returns to a level he won at two races ago.

War Wizard has been clearly the best in his two races at this meet and takes a step up in class.
Italian Boy recorded a great speed figure three weeks ago while winning by 7 ½ lengths in his first race since July. He will likely be a heavy favorite, but he might regress off that huge performance.
Harbor Wind was no match for the second pick in his last race.

Catherine Z's Hope has never finished worse than second in seven career starts at this distance (two wins, five seconds).
Fly Away finished just behind the top pick in his last race.
Zippin E will likely be favored after two straight wins, and he beat the top two picks in his last race. But you have to wonder if a horse who was 2 for 26 before the two-race win streak can put three wins together.
