Saturday

First race: 2 p.m.

1 6 furlongs, purse $9,500, 3-year-olds, fillies, WCL $12,500/$10,000
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
2 Gentleman's Red J Gutierrez 2 121
3 Bartab J Whitaker 5/2 121
5 Pretty Darn Good J Zunino 4 121
1 Forty Something D Hoonan 9/2 121
4 Wild Chica W Antongrgi 7/2 121
Gentleman's Red drops in class again after a clunker as the 3-5 favorite. Bartab was a good second in his first race against winners. Pretty Darn Good has been third in her past two races against similar competition.
2 5 ½ furlongs, purse $5,100, 3-year-olds and up, maiden claiming $5,000
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
2 Looks Like Snow J Zunino 3 124
5 Spending J Whitaker 5/2 118
4 Dutch Crown R Bowen 9/2 124
1 Kodaroo J Matias 9/2 124
3 Foolish Chopper J Crispin 8 118
6 Prospectorov Camacho-Flrs 4 124
Looks Like Snow was second after almost three years off, then did nothing in his last race. It's a tough call, but the guess is that he rebounds against a suspect group. Spending has not been working out fast for his career debut, but trainer Howard Belvoir has had recent success with first-timers. Dutch Crown has had some decent workouts in preparation for his first race.
3 6 ½ furlongs, purse $6,400, 3-year-olds, maiden claiming $7,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
2 Courtabella W Antongrgi 9/5 122
4 Shame On Em R Bowen 3 122
7 Son of Silver J Gutierrez 8 122
1 Shuddle Camacho-Flrs 5 122
3 Silver Road J Matias 8 122
5 Mischievous Myth D Hoonan 4 122
6 Canterbury Road M Rossak 15 115
Courtabella has lost as a heavy favorite in two straight races. She looks the best again, but she's no sure thing. Shame on Em had a tough trip while finishing sixth as the favorite in his last race. Son of Silver is looking to rebound after regressing in his second career start.
4 1 mile, purse $5,400, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $3,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
4 Big Daddy's Vision J Matias 6 124
7 Fueled by Kaffine W Antongrgi 2 124
1 Bad as Can Be R Bowen 9/2 124
2 Marquetching J Crispin 7/2 124
3 Stellar Blue E Kubinova 10 119
5 Doctor Pav M Anderson 8 124
6 Watch Your Money J Gutierrez 6 124
Big Daddy's Vision drops in class, and he has had success at this distance. Fueled By Kaffine gets a tough outside post, but his normal effort would give him a chance to win. Bad as Can Be beat the top pick in his last race, but it seems likely he will regress after running his best race.
5 6 ½ furlongs, purse $11,500, 3-year-olds, fillies, maiden claiming $20,000/$18,000
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
4 Lil Sister Sadie J Gutierrez 5/2 121
9 Flair for Gold Cmacho-Flrs 10 121
8 Champagneandcaviar J Matias 7/2 118
1 Better to Be Lucky D Hoonan 12 121
2 Special Buttons J Zunino 10 121
3 Evie Jo W Antngrgi 6 121
5 English Lace J Crispin 15 121
6 Sweet Sara Brown E Kubinova 3 113
7 Elliegant One G Mitchell 10 121
Lil Sister Sadie drops into a spot where she should win. Flair For Gold has had trouble running straight when leaving the gate, and she should improve with a clean start. Champagneandcaviar has been close a few times against lesser competition.
6 6 furlongs, purse $4,200, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, claiming $2,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
1 Who Gives a Hoot E Kubinova 2 115
2 Merrytagio J Rosales 3 120
6 T Shot J Matias 10 120
3 Sugar Blossom J Gutierrez 12 120
4 Diva G. Camacho-Flrs 12 117
5 Bar Room Baby J Crispin 6 123
7 Mt Peak J Zunino 7/2 123
SCRATCHED: She Just Said So

Who Gives a Hoot has a good shot to lead from gate to wire. Merrytagio will be closing late, but she has a habit of getting too for behind. If T Shot runs like she did when she broke her maiden here last year, she would be very tough.

7 6 furlongs, purse $5,400, 3-year-olds and up, WCL $4,000
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
6 Majorca Gold W Antongrgi 5/2 122
1 Cash Gaming J Zunino 6 120
5 Bumpy R Bowen 7/2 122
2 Buckle M Anderson 15 120
3 Im Pure Brass Camacho-Flrs 10 120
4 Cautious Affair J Gutierrez 4 122
7 Boise Creek D Hoonan 6 120
8 Gotta Get Even J Crispin 6 120
Majorca Gold is racing in good form and should get a good spot right behind a fast pace. Cash Gaming plunges in class and has good speed, but he will have to contend with Bumpy for the early lead.
8 6 furlongs, purse $7,400, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, WCL $7,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
5 Maria Lake E Kubinova 9/2 115
1 Dee Dee K J Crispin 3 123
4 White River J Zunino 4 117
2 Wave Rider Camacho-Flrs 5 123
3 Tweetie Pie W Antongrgi 5/2 120
6 Ms Eagle Eye J Matias 12 120
7 Grand Baylee R Bowen 15 117
8 Devils Dragonfly D Hoonan 12 117

Maria Lake drops in class, and she seems the quickest of this group. Dee Dee K takes a jump up in class, but has two wins and two seconds in four career starts. Trainer Don Munger had White River ready for her yearly debut as she won by 5 lengths.

9 6 ½ furlongs, purse $10,000, 3-year-olds and up, claiming $10,000/$8,000
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
8 Swiss Exploit D Hoonan 6 122
3 Immigration J Whitaker 8 120
7 Who's Your Next Ex J Crispin 4 120
1 Contreve J Gutierrez 12 120
2 Ugottabcatty J Matias 10 120
4 Buddy Dave Camacho-Flrs 7/2 122
5 Dare Me Devil R Bowen 10 117
6 Polish Dollar W Antongrgi 3 122
SCRATCHED: Olympic Lights

Swiss Exploit was also entered for a race on Friday and picked this one. He is coming off a strong second-place effort. Immigration doesn't win often, but is usually close. Who's Your Next Ex fits well at this level.

10 6 ½ furlongs, purse $6,000, 3-year-olds and up, fillies and mares, claiming $3,500
PP Horse Jockey Line Wt.
3 Akina J Matias 5/2 123
2 Allison Ridge E Kubinova 3 116
5 Have'n a Wild Time W Antongrgi 7/2 121
1 Lafayette Star D Hoonan 4 123
4 Hispania R Bowen 8 121
6 Wedge of Gold Camacho-Flrs 6 119
Jockey Javier Matias chose Akina over Allison Ridge, whom he has ridden to three wins at this meet. Have'n a Wild Time drops back to a good level.

BEST BET: Lil Sister Sadie
