Future Ballard development to incorporate 'green' living
Seattle needs more ‘green’ residences
Finally. A local housing development project that is exciting and forward-thinking. I was absolutely thrilled to read about Greenfire Campus in Ballard [“When less is greener,” Business, Feb. 10].
The developer, Greenfire Group, is creating wetlands, P-patches for tenants, landscaping that attracts birds, and a design that creates community. Seattle needs more of this kind of development. Much more.
