Seafair may not feature Blue Angels' show
Cancel the Angels
Finally, a way to get the Blue Angels off the Seafair agenda [“Seafair may lose Blue Angels’ show,” NWFriday, Feb. 1].
The automatic budget reductions would cause hardships, yes, but using Seattle’s Seafair for military recruitment has always been wrong, not to mention the earsplitting racket overhead for three of our otherwise most beautiful days of the summer.
Sequester or no, save the $20 million and cancel the Blue Angels.
