Susan Rice grilled for Benghazi remarks
Political hay out of tragedies
The grilling of Susan Rice, our U.N. ambassador and possible future secretary of state, makes little logical sense [“New blow for Rice: Moderate senator voices,” news, Nov. 28].
Who cares how the fatal raid at Benghazi was described after the raid? What matters is knowing why there was not adequate protection for our envoy and what are plans for the future.
Sen. John McCain and certain Republicans are just making political hay over the reporting of the tragic event.
Get down to serious business.
