Ex-Mariners star John Olerud attempting to remove neighbor's view-blocking tree

Not everyone has a view

In adorning the front page of the Sept. 10 issue with the “What’s a Good Neighbor? It may depend on your view” article, did The Times perhaps mean to suggest that the two principals in this petty dispute develop a sense of perspective on their lives at a time when so many of their neighbors (in the Biblical sense of the word) enjoy not only no view at all, but no property of their own that would afford a view?
