Birth certificates, income taxes surrounding Romney
Romney’s insight
Ah, Mitt Romney wants us to be that shining city on the hill again, only this time with a double-layer fence around our borders so that nobody but those of us whose birth certificates are not questioned and can see the light [“Romney weighs in on birth certificates,” News, Aug. 25].
Ah, he does not want us to be like Europe, of course not. If we were, he would have paid about four times as much in income tax as he does here. Ah, he wants to reform Medicare so that it costs more and covers less. Ah, his party wants no gun control but absolute control over women’s bodies.
I am so thrilled by his vision that I may go and vomit, overwhelmed by his insight.
