Ex-Washington Husky Nate Robinson has knee surgery | NBA
Oklahoma City guard Nate Robinson, a former Washington Huskies standout, will miss from four to six weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.
OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City guard Nate Robinson will miss from four to six weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.
Thunder general manager Sam Presti said Friday that Robinson, a former standout for the Washington Huskies and Rainier Beach High School in Seattle, first experienced discomfort in the knee after practice Monday.
Presti said the Thunder's medical team and Robinson, 26, decided surgery was the best option "to resolve the issue with certainty."
Oklahoma City acquired Robinson on Feb. 24 as part of a trade with the Boston Celtics.
