A suburban Philadelphia prosecutor says a 12-year-old boy who died following a school yard fight was hit two or three times in the face and didn't fight back against his assailant.

Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan said Tuesday he's found no indication that Bailey O'Neill was bullied by the other student involved in the Jan. 10 altercation at Darby Township School. Bailey's family has said he was bullied at school.

Doctors induced a coma after Bailey began having seizures. The sixth-grader died Sunday, a day after his birthday.

Whelan says charges are likely against the other boy but their severity depends on linking the fight and Bailey's death.

The Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office says it will be a few weeks before it issues a cause of death.
