Two suspects in a deadly shooting at a Delaware soccer tournament have been ordered to stand trial for first-degree murder.

A judge ruled at a preliminary hearing Tuesday that 35-year-old Otis Phillips and 22-year-old Jeffrey Phillips should be charged in the July 8 shootings that killed three at a Wilmington park. They are not related.

A police detective testified that witnesses saw the two men approach tournament organizer Herman Curry, who was fatally shot in the chest.

More gunfire broke out. One or more spectators shot at the gunmen. Killed were 16-year-old Alexander Kamara and 43-year-old Sheldon Ogle. Police say Ogle was driving the car in which the gunmen tried to flee.

Authorities say one of the victims may have been targeted because he was a witness to a 2008 killing in which Otis Phillips is suspected.
