VISTA, Calif. —

News organizations are seeking to unseal search warrants in the murder investigation of a Camp Pendleton Marine's wife.

A judge in Vista is scheduled to hear arguments Wednesday from an attorney representing 10 news organizations, including The Associated Press. The San Diego County district attorney's office wants to keep the documents sealed.

Three roommates have pleaded not guilty to murder in the death of 22-year-old Brittany Killgore. Prosecutors say one defendant - Louis Ray Perez - was having an extramarital affair with one of the roommates.

Prosecutors say Perez, also a Marine, invited the victim on a dinner cruise April 13, when she disappeared.
