ABIDJAN, Ivory Coast —

Ivory Coast's state prosecutor has issued international arrest warrants for four close allies of former president Laurent Gbagbo, including notorious youth leader Charles Ble Goude.

At a press conference Friday, state prosecutor Simplice Kouadio Koffi said that the whearabouts of those being sought were known, but refused to elaborate.

Also targeted were Gbagbo's former spokesman Ahoua Don Mello, former industry minister Philippe Attey and former ambassador to Israel Raymond Koudou Kessie.

15 members of Gbagbo's inner circle were charged last week, and while an international criminal court team visited the country this week, no charges have been laid against anyone affiliated with President Alassane Ouattara.
