SC man shot to death in early morning shootout at a club

Authorities say a 20-year-old South Carolina man has died in a shootout at a night club.

HAMPTON, S.C. —

Authorities say a 20-year-old South Carolina man has died in a shootout at a night club.

Hampton County Coroner Gordon Rhoden says Isaiah Sanders of Estill died about 1 a.m. Monday at the B&B Disco in Scotia. Rhoden said numerous shots were fired. An autopsy is scheduled Tuesday.

Hampton County Sheriff's spokeswoman Shellie Murdaugh says two females were also injured in the shooting. A bullet hit 17-year-old Andrea Morell of Springfield, Ga., in the neck. She is expected to be released from a Savannah, Ga., hospital later Tuesday.

Murdaugh says 23-year-old Sheneka Bostick of Estill was shot in the right leg and was scheduled to have surgery Tuesday in Charleston.

It was the second homicide in less than a day in rural Hampton County.
