Taking its name from two characters in Russian author Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s “The Brothers Karamazov,” Seattle band Ivan & Alyosha performs its rousing folk-rock songs of struggle, resilience and personal triumph with infectious joie de vivre. Featuring Tim Wilson, Pete Wilson, Ryan Carbary and Tim Kim, as well as a few guest musicians, Ivan & Alyosha headlines a concert of songs from the combo’s first full-length album, “All the Times We Had. ” The album features the radio favorite “Easy to Love,” reprised from the group’s first EP in 2009. Opening are Kris Orlowski and Smokey Brights. All ages. Doors open at 7 p.m. Saturday, Showbox at the Market, 1426 First Ave., Seattle; $12-15 (888-929-7849 or www.showboxonline.com).
