Led by red-haired singer-songwriter Florence Welch, English rock and soul band Florence + the Machine offers an ethereal collection of songs on its dreamy, soulful, somewhat melancholy second CD, "MTV Unplugged — A Live Album." The acoustic set features songs from the band's two studio albums, "Lungs" (2009) and "Ceremonials" (2011), with backing by a 10-piece choir. Highlights include a powerful cover of the country classic "Jackson" and "Try a Little Tenderness." Expect these and more when Florence + the Machine performs at 8 p.m. Saturday at White River Amphitheatre, Auburn Enumclaw Road, Auburn; $29.50-$49.50 (800-745-3000or www.ticketmaster.com).
