Earth, Wind & Fire performs Friday at Chateau Ste. Michelle
Earth, Wind & Fire, which combines R&B, jazz and soul into an intoxicating blend, appears Friday, July 20, at Chateau Ste. Michelle, in Woodinville. The show is sold out.
Led by singer Philip Bailey, Earth, Wind & Fire brings its soaring vocal harmonies and intoxicating blend of funk, jazz, R&B, soul, gospel and blues to Chateau Ste. Michelle winery for a sold-out concert Friday. The two-hour show features "That's the Way of the World," "After the Love Has Gone," "Fantasy," "Got to Get You Into My Life" and "In the Stone" — songs guaranteed to keep the crowd on its feet. In addition to Bailey, the group includes Verdine White, Ralph Johnson, B. David Whitworth and Philip Bailey Jr. (founder Maurice White, who suffers from Parkinson's disease, isn't on tour).
