Bumbershoot's lineup on the stages has been all set for a couple weeks, and now the lineup for its music lounge is set, too.
The three-day, Labor Day weekend fest will showcase more than a dozen musical artists from a variety of genres in the 2009 Bumbershoot Music Lounge, a venue with private, live performances during the fest, co-hosted by community radio station KEXP.
The schedule:
Saturday, Sept. 5: Hey Marseilles, Telekinesis, Gang Gang Dance, Os Mutantes and Elvis Perkins in Dearland
Sunday, Sept. 6: Common Market, Sera Cahoone, Vivian Girls, Holy F**k and Raphael Saadiq.
Monday, Sept. 7: Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears, The Cave Singers, Akron/Family, Vieux Farka Touré and Metric.
Tickets to the music lounge sessions are available to Bumbershoot ticket holders through KEXP.org, on a first-come-first-served basis starting Aug. 11. Some tickets will be allotted to winners who have registered at bumbershoot.org/music-lounge-contest.htm.
Bumbershoot: Seattle's Music and Arts Festival will take place Sept. 5-7 at Seattle Center. Single-day specific tickets cost $35 through Aug. 21 and $50 afterward, with three-day tickets $80 through Aug. 21, and $120 afterward. Tickets and more information: bumbershoot.org.
