Pacific Science Center's popular "Harry Potter: The Exhibition" has been extended two weeks, due to strong attendance over the holiday season. It will now close Feb. 13, 2011.

The exhibition, which debuted in Chicago in April 2009, fills 10,000 square feet with more than 400 artifacts from the film series — costumes, set pieces and props, such as Harry's wand. Visitors are first greeted by a "sorting hat" and clips from the movies are played on monitors throughout.

Pacific Science Center is located at Seattle Center, at 200 Second Ave. N., Seattle. Tickets to the exhibition — which include entry to the rest of the center — are $17-$26 (206-443-2001 or www.pacsci.org).
