Video with commentary: 'Faith in Me' by SEA's Witch Gardens
From the handmade, homestyle pop-rock world of local band Witch Gardens comes "Faith in Me," the quartet's second outstanding video of 2012 — following their Wes Anderson-esque "Aunt Shae, Mean Colleen," still my favorite local video this year. The self-directed "Faith in Me" is rough, charming and full of activity, just like the music. Look for Witch Gardens' debut album "I'd Rather Be Alone" on Couple Skate Records in 2013, the Seattle label co-run by Ian Judd, profiled here.
