THEESatisfaction's Calderesque jewelry at Frye Art Museum
What do you think, does this necklace made by Seattle sing/rap group THEESatisfaction look like their new Anita Baker-inspired music sounds? Maybe. I see it as reflecting their more Stevie Wonder-style stuff. I also caught heavy Alexander Calder vibes when I viewed it Saturday at the Frye Art Museum. Like Calder's famous mobiles, it was constructed from the bottom up, so it hangs correctly in use.
