"Cell 44" by Stephanie
"Cell 44" is one of several highlights from the upcoming "One Glove" album by Seattle band Stephanie, produced by Erik Blood (THEESatisfaction, Shabazz Palaces, Moondoggies), a dramatic dose of their destroyed/twinkling sound. I swear at some point, the song morphs into a genre that could be called "reggae goth." Stephanie calls it "swirl."
Stephanie plays the Capitol Hill Block Party this Saturday on the VERA Project stage at 2 p.m.
