Videos: 'Museum of Flight' by Damien Jurado, two ways
I first got hip to "Museum of Flight" when Damien Jurado performed it live and unplugged in The Seattle Times' basement in December 2011, previewing songs from his album "Maraqopa." It was my favorite tune that afternoon — perfectly structured, crystalline pop — and the one I re-watched most at home, out of our five edited videos. The album came out in February on Secretly Canadian Records (it's great), and now "Museum of Flight" has an official music video, filmed on Jurado's European tour by Seattle's Tyler Kalberg.
