Highly recommended: 'Adult R&B Night' at Pattison's West

Video by me

If you're looking for something to do one of these summer Sunday nights, consider Federal Way roller skating rink Pattison's West — where "Adult R&B Night" happens from 8:30-11:30 p.m., for ages 21 and up. There you will find group routines like the one above happening all over the place, and some truly next-level couples skating. The music mixes soft and hard: Usher, The-Dream, E-40, Too $hort. No alcohol; just good, clean fun.
