"Wheedle's Groove" on TV

"Wheedle's Groove," the local documentary about Seattle's excellent/forgotten funk/soul scene in the '70s, airs on KCTS television channel 9 on 11/18/10 at 10:00 PM. The KCTS/"Wheedle's Groove" connection is part of "Reel NW," a new series focusing on independent film in the Pacific Northwest.
When The Seattle Times reviewed "Wheedle's Groove" and gave it four stars, the headline read "'Wheedle's Groove' captures soul of Seattle." If you missed previous screenings on the film festival circuit or at the Northwest Film Forum, now's your chance.
