LAS VEGAS — Back-to-back errors by Tacoma shortstop Chris Taylor and second baseman Ty Kelly opened the door for four unearned runs in the fifth inning of an 11-4 victory for Las Vegas in Pacific Coast League baseball Thursday night.
Five different Tacoma pitchers gave up 11 hits.
The lone highlight for Tacoma (10-8) was a three-run homer by Jesus Montero in the sixth inning. It was his fourth of the season, and he now has 13 RBI.
